After 20 years plus of sometimes extreme exercise and at times, obsessive nutrient management, I can say that I listen to this challenge and see two sides. One side is the establishment of good habits and mental variety. The other side is the possibility for creating obsessive behavior practices. It takes a month to start a new habit. Two and a half months to create a monster. Any routine that has that level of obsessive accountability threatens the psychological balance of knowing it’s OKAY to NOT do two HOURS of exercise each day. It’s called a challenge for a reason, and I get that, but we are living in a world where extremes rule the day. I see this as just another fad for the books. I’m glad y’all succeeded and I hope you’ll enjoy getting back to logical moderate living with balance being the core premise.
Trying to tell that to my 74 year old body. Maybe the magic is that I am still living and able to get around fine.
Way to go, Just Think friends!!
