75 HARD - So Much Of Your Health & Wellness Is in Your Control
“The magic you’re looking for is in the work you’re avoiding”
We started the year Volunteering To Walk Through Hell 🔥🔥🔥
But what we found (and honestly what we knew) is that this was not going to be anywhere close to hell. If anything, this 75 HARD CHALLENGE blessed us in more ways than we could ever imagine. It taught us even more about ourselves, about self-discipline, about our fuel and movement and about how age is not just a number, not a sentence. Most importantly, the habits we either created or eliminated from our lives are continuing well past the 75 days.
If you watched our journey, if you’ve seen others do this or talk about it, if you’ve thought about committing to the challenge, but you think there is no way you can do it, or you are already making excuses, then this may be just the challenge that you need to completely change EVERYTHING for you. As Amy said, this is the perfect challenge for anyone who feels stuck.
It will be hard.
It will be a challenge…mentally AND physically.
But the rewards far outweigh the hard, and once you complete this challenge, you will be a better, stronger, tougher person than you have ever been.
75 Hard is hard.
Making healthy decisions every single day is hard.
Being sick, unhealthy, mentally and physically stuck is harder.
You can do hard things.
Everyone can.
CHOOSE YOUR HARD.
We hope this episode will inspire you--to feel empowered to take more control of your own health and wellness, regardless of your current age, health status, weight, fitness level. And when you start doubting yourself and making excuses, remember…

Trying to tell that to my 74 year old body. Maybe the magic is that I am still living and able to get around fine.
Way to go, Just Think friends!!
