The mandates can make you feel like you have no other option but to comply. When your livelihood and career is on the line, it takes courage to take a stand. But take a stand she did. In this episode, the trio chats with Morgan Wallace, the Nurse Practitioner you may have seen on a viral video last week as she testified before a school board about the mask mandates. She shares how giving up her career, even a promotion, has redirected her from being a practitioner who treats to ALSO one who helps prevent disease. But she also shares some (not all--some has to wait) of her insider's perspective in a hospital where she witnessed how politics and protocols have been detrimental to patients.
