*It’s important to note that Pfizer changed the way it counts adverse events for certain categories seemingly in order to make it look like there were fewer of them when it turned in its paperwork to the FDA. For example, in the case of liver adverse events, they only counted them in postmarketing if there were at least 3 of each type of AE. If there were only one or two, they didn’t report them. (In the case of hematological adverse events, their “threshold”to report/count them was 15)!!
