GUT CHECK - When your gut is out of order, EVERYTHING is out of order...
Amy and I have been waiting for this conversation ever since we saw Hava at the Next Steps Conference...
❤️Last Mother's Day, we continued their deep dive into digestion and the gut-brain connection with Natural Healer and Herbalist Hava Levi. Each of us mommas share a passion to make sure that all mothers, the glue in the family units, are managing their gut health since they are usually also managing just about everything else.
🙏🏼Amy and I have been waiting for this conversation ever since we saw Hava at the Next Steps Conference a few months ago. If there is any woman who is the epitome of motherly love, passion, strength, and compassion, it’s Hava Levi. So what better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than to interview this incredible woman.
Did you know that ~90% of diseases start in the gut?
“To be healthy, we must learn the art of proper elimination…”

💩Herbal Bowel Candy
This Herbal Bowel Candy recipe is wonderful to have on hand at all times. Its helps with cleaning the bowels.
Candy Bowel Aid Ingredients:
For each 2 cups of dried fruit use one ounce of dry herb.
Dried fruits: raisins, prunes, apricot, peaches, apples, dates, figs, etc.
Mix one ounce more or less of powdered flaxseed, slippery elm, or psyllium husk (can mix all three herbs if desired)
Cacao or carob
Molasses
Directions:

CHARCOAL INFO from Hava:
I would suggest buying charcoal in powder and in capsules.
